We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team at Natixis NY Branch. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of operational risks within our asset management and BFI functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and assess operational risks;
- Conducting in-depth analysis of operational incidents and monitoring potential compensation;
- Issuing recommendations and reporting incidents in the Group incident database;
- Analyzing operational risks by identifying process failures and assessing associated DMR;
- Working with internal and external departments to control risks (customers, service providers, etc.);
- Developing risk reports for the General Management and facilitating operational risk monitoring meetings.
As a Compliance and Risk Officer, you will contribute to the spread of the "Risk culture" within Natixis NY Branch.
You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything it does.
This position is based in Paris with the possibility to work from home.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in operational risk functions, audit, or controls in asset management or BFI.
You are in control of:
- Financial products and risk analysis techniques;
- Techniques for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks;
- Processes (Front, Middle, Back...);
- The regulations applicable to asset management.
You have great relationship skills, very good listening skills, and you are:
- Rigorous and responsive;
- Appreciated for your sense of organization and priorities.
You master English with a B2 level.
