Lead Estimation Engineer

Possessing an engineering degree or its equivalent, you bring a wealth of experience with a minimum of 15 years in the field, showcasing a successful track record in project execution (Engineering/Packaging) and a solid background in cost estimation. Experience on an international scale is advantageous.
Your strong communication and persuasive abilities complement your enthusiasm for collaboration and cross-functional teamwork with diverse teams (Architecture, Design, Safety, Project, Process, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
In your role within the Project Definition division, you will support various branches and entities, engaging with multiple energy sectors. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting cost estimates for surface installations (CAPEX) across all sectors (multi-energy), from the initial Prospect stage to the preliminary drafts developed by Architects and Design Engineers, adhering to established deadlines and quality standards.
- Generating estimates at the conclusion of basic engineering and during the tendering phase, as requested by the Projects.
- Delivering required outputs according to project phases while ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality criteria, enhancing the accuracy of results and referencing benchmarks.
- Contributing to the development of contingencies and risk assessments in collaboration with Risk Managers.
- Engaging in the continuous improvement of methodologies, databases (including benchmark consolidation), and estimation calculation tools.
- Providing training to junior estimators on estimation techniques and tools.
As a member of the ONE TECH Branch, a cornerstone of the Company's transformation, you will integrate into the Estimation team. Collaborating with various teams, you will be part of a sector pivotal to the Company's growth. Working alongside Design and Safety engineers, Architects, and the Estimation discipline, you will be responsible for generating and reviewing cost estimates for surface installations as part of development studies, while also maintaining and enhancing the entity's databases, methodologies, and estimation tools through constructive feedback.
