Position: Geriatric Specialist

Our client, a prominent healthcare facility, is seeking a dedicated Geriatric Specialist to join their esteemed team. This institution features a state-of-the-art technical platform designed to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Organization:

The healthcare center operates across multiple locations, offering a total of over 387 beds and various services, including a short-stay unit for geriatric patients, rehabilitation services, and long-term care facilities. The comprehensive geriatric team includes a Mobile Geriatric Team and specialized consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 10 short-stay geriatric beds while mentoring an intern
  • Deliver medical treatment and ongoing care in accordance with established care plans
  • Provide support to families and caregivers
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of care
  • Engage in quality assurance and evaluation of professional practices
  • Participate in training initiatives, research projects, and specialized consultations
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities and ensure continuous patient care
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary care efforts and service continuity

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate must be registered with the National Council of Physicians in France and possess a diploma in Geriatrics or equivalent medical qualifications.
