Product Manager Rollingstock Relays

Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of innovative solutions for the rail industry. As a Product Manager - Rollingstock Relay, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our electromechanical products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, informing product development and portfolio decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customers, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Manage product life cycles, including product launches, maintenance, and discontinuation, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to customers.
- Provide input to strategic planning, ensuring product development aligns with corporate objectives and market demands.
- Support technical training and development initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical-commercial product environment or product management role.
- Proven track record of success in product development, management, and launch.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
