Job Title: Tech Lead.NET

Job Summary:

Pellenc Group is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead.NET to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the refactoring of our company's information system by defining and implementing a new software architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Agile Methodology: Ensure the implementation of an Agile development environment, ensuring consistency across software development practices in collaboration with other departments.
• Inter-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend and business teams.
• Knowledge Sharing: Interact with embedded development departments to share best practices.
• Architecture Definition: Collaborate in the specification and definition of software architectures.
• Backend Development: Design and develop efficient backend solutions using.NET technologies.
• Code Quality and Maintenance: Ensure collective quality and maintainability of software through unit testing, code reviews, and corrections.
• System Maintenance: Ensure the operational maintenance of existing systems, including the ERP.
• Development Environment Management: Maintain development environments and co-administer tools such as GIT, JIRA, and ensure technical documentation updates.

Environment:

Pellenc Group operates in a Windows and Linux server environment, with backend development in.NET, frontend in PHP, and databases in Oracle and MySQL. We use GITLab and JIRA for project management.

Required Profile:

We are looking for a curious, creative, and proactive individual who thrives in team environments and shares best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in.NET, SQL, and a passion for API REST architectures.
