Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a Human Resources Leader to join our global team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our EMEA P&C team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support across the Region. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, culturally aware, and fluent in French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the EMEA and global teams to localise People & Culture strategies and tactics in France and Benelux to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse and provide insights regarding 'organisational health', People & Culture KPIs and metrics for France and Benelux that can form part of the wider EMEA P&C strategies or operational improvements.
- First point of contact for HR support to associates in France and Benelux, escalating matters to the Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner where needed.
- Work with the EMEA payroll, benefits & administration teams to ensure HR administration, benefits, policies and processes are compliant with local laws and regulations, whilst also conveying the SharkNinja's culture and mindset.
- Manage employee relation matters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to France and Benelux.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that underpin our culture and that are tailored to the regional needs of the COUNTRY teams.
- Manage key talent management processes, e.g. probation periods, annual performance reviews and promotion cycles, for COUNTRY.
Requirements:
- Can operate autonomously
- Experience in an HR generalist role within a regional role of a large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of French and Benelux employment laws and HR best practices.
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
