Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at BALENCIAGA S.A.S. in a full-time capacity.

About the Role

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of all aspects of Visual Merchandising, including the creation of visual storytelling and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with these guidelines across the global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Visual Merchandising Director to develop and implement seasonal and training guidelines.
  • Build strong partnerships with HQ departments, including studio, retail, wholesale, merchandising, and communication, to facilitate a seamless flow of information.
  • Ensure compliance with VM guidelines across the Retail/Wholesale network, through remote visits, training, and other means.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of visual merchandising tools, based on the needs of the Retail/Wholesale network.
  • Support store openings, including VM layouts, ordering VM tools, and execution.
  • Assist with special events, pop-ups, and other VM installations.
  • Support Showroom setup and preparations.
  • Promote the use of the Yoobic application to ensure clear communication across regions.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury and fashion industry. You should possess sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, analytical and numeracy skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team player, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
