As a vital member of our Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in assisting CEOs, M&A teams, and CIO/CDO of organizations in the financial services domain. Your contributions will be essential in defining and executing digital strategies and transformations to enhance market value.
Your Responsibilities:
You will engage in the following projects:
- Digital Strategy and IT in Banking and Insurance:
- Formulation of digital transformation and information systems (IS) strategies.
- Identification and assessment of digital prospects.
- Alignment of IS with the corporate strategy of banking and insurance entities.
- Development of trajectories and roadmaps, value assessments, and business case formulation.
- Digital Function and IT Transformation:
- Creation and execution of organizational frameworks.
- Impact analysis on human resources.
- Support in the establishment of target organizations.
- Definition of sourcing strategies and selection of partners.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Assessment of process and organizational maturity.
- Management and reduction of costs.
- Prioritization of investment portfolios.
- Enterprise Architecture:
- Preliminary framing of various types of IS.
- Assistance in solution selection.
- Framing and management of architecture roadmaps.
As a seasoned consultant, you will be involved in high-level assignments with executive management, under the guidance of a Manager or Senior Manager in Financial Services.
You will also have the opportunity to impart your expertise to junior consultants. Your active participation in our offerings is anticipated and will enable you to develop or enhance the team's capabilities on strategic topics.
Your Profile:
- Graduate from a leading engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on information systems.
- Considerable experience of at least 3 years in consulting on digital transformation or organizational matters, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Core Banking or Insurance Systems, with hands-on experience in the implementation and optimization of these systems.
- Ability to swiftly analyze organizational dynamics and communicate effectively with strategic-level stakeholders.
Your Attributes:
- Inquisitive, dynamic, organized, entrepreneurial, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional synthesis, analysis, listening, and rigor in addressing complex challenges.
- Outstanding interpersonal, writing, presentation, and teamwork skills on ambitious projects.
- Fluent in English; international experience is advantageous.
