SUMMARY

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee marketing and business development initiatives for automotive Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, specifically targeting the APAC region.

Your role will involve spearheading Qorvo's UWB automotive sector in APAC, focusing on generating customer interest, creating sales funnels, securing design wins, and driving revenue growth. You will gather insights for future product iterations, encompassing everything from silicon to software and support tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Formulate customer growth strategies for Qorvo's UWB solutions in the automotive and smart mobility sectors across APAC.

- Manage and enhance the opportunity funnel through collaboration with our sales and distribution partners in the region.

- Craft compelling marketing narratives to elevate the Qorvo brand and attract prospective clients.

- Develop competitive business models and value propositions to strengthen market positioning.

- Ensure seamless collaboration with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, testing, finance, marketing, and distribution teams to meet customer expectations.

- Act as the customer advocate to engineering, product line management, and operations teams.

- Establish pricing frameworks and devise customer-specific pricing strategies in partnership with Product Line Managers and Sales to ensure revenue and profitability.

- Project orders and sales for both new and existing service offerings.

- Create and implement long-term strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth and profit margins in the APAC region.

- Generate Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and initiate new product development in alignment with roadmap requirements.

- Support the new product development process from inception through to production.

- Conduct research to identify customer technical requirements and expectations for new product or service development.

- Forge partnerships in Asia and China to meet customer demands and expand the Qorvo growth ecosystem.

- Monitor UWB automotive standards in Asia and China (e.g., ICCE) and recommend strategic actions for Qorvo.

- Collaborate with end customers, sales teams, design engineers, and operations to define product specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong team player with the ability to proactively coordinate across various teams to deliver solutions for customers.

- Solid understanding of RF and embedded software in wireless applications, ideally UWB, BLE, and automotive access systems.

- Over 10 years of experience in marketing and embedded software/hardware development in customer-facing roles.

- Proven track record of executing customer growth strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with both customers and internal teams.

- Proficient in marketing methodologies and concepts, including market analysis, positioning, and competitive assessment.

- Solution-oriented with a focus on contributing to business growth.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

- Experience with database management and data analysis is advantageous.
