Sales Success Coordinator

As a Sales Success Analyst at Showroomprive, you will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating internal sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Link with Brands: Ensure the preparation and launch of sales after the negotiation phase with the Growth teams, ensuring all necessary information is available, including logistics, catalog, etc.
- Operational Sales Coordination: Ensure that operational sales information is filled in Salesforce, including key contract terms, dates, sales estimates, production briefs, marketing briefs, etc.
- Inventory Replenishment and Price Modifications: Replenish stock and modify prices during sales according to Growth team directives.
- Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from brands to improve existing processes.
- Alignment with Objectives: Align with the KAM partner's objectives and expectations for the sale.
- Pre-Sale Analysis: Conduct an analysis of the offer, define target pricing, estimate potential sales results (€ TO, units sold, € MSCV), and provide negotiation recommendations.
- Post-Sale Analysis: Analyze sales performance to identify improvement levers.
- Close Collaboration with Growth Teams: Work closely with Growth teams (Head of Sales & KAM) to ensure transparent execution of sales and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Catalog Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with the KAM/Catalog Manager to ensure consistency of sales across categories compared to the Masterplan.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Establish links with key SRP departments (marketing, supply chain, accounting, merchandising, etc.) to coordinate sales across different stages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Language: Professional-level English.
