Site Supervisor

• Manage construction sites in coordination with Works Supervisors and various trades.
• Ensure construction works meet schedules and commitments undertaken.

• Team management: oversee employee onboarding, temporary staff, and sub-contractors; verify authorizations (CACES); present site challenges and construction works to employees; organize missions and work based on site requirements and progress; support professionalization and upskilling; manage HR processes within scope.
• Building site preparation and installation: ensure availability and consistency of administrative documentation; define and review construction works; establish construction schedule and operating procedure; communicate necessary procedures and documentation to teams.
• Monitoring of construction works: supervise setup of construction; present site to teams, outlining challenges, main characteristics, and dividing work into tasks; monitor progress of works schedule; perform technical checks during construction and decide on corrections with Works Supervisor.

• Pipe Works Site Supervisor/Feeder: open, repair, and close trenches; guarantee registration of networks before construction works; ensure shallow or deep trenches are excavated; handle existing pipelines safely; backfill properly.
• Demolition/Demolition Site Supervisor: check diagnostics (asbestos, lead, etc.); register networks before construction works; respect withdrawal plan; train personnel and obtain medical aptitude for asbestos work; track waste.
• Rail Works Site Supervisor: ensure compliance with specific safety standards; check site cleanliness at end of each shift; provide extensive knowledge.
• Earthworks Site Supervisor: manage maintenance of tracks and platforms; implement and enforce traffic zones; anticipate completion of construction works; ensure compliance with production rates.

• Significant experience as a Team Leader.
• Authorizations: BR-B2V electrics authorization; M2 mechanics authorization; Authorization to intervene near networks (AIPR) + Minimum Safety Training Standards (SMS).

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
