We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ABYLSEN ST RA. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Process Validation: Validate and monitor quality processes related to development and modifications of mass-produced parts.
- Internal and Supplier Audits: Organize internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Quality Incident Management: Approve quality incidents handling and ensure supplier responsiveness.
- Quality Performance Tracking: Track quality performance through monthly indicators.
- Quality Improvement Plan: Develop and implement a quality improvement plan with the factory and involved suppliers.
- Training and Awareness: Train technicians and operators in manufacturing chain, raising awareness of quality approach.
- Education: Engineer's degree or university education (Bac +5).
- Experience: Significant experience in quality field.
- Quality Tools and Standards: Familiarity with Quality tools and standards such as Ishikawa, VDA process audit, FMEA, PDCA.
- Soft Skills: Organized, pragmatic, adaptable, and proficient in English.
