The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant AEM to join our Consulting Team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with clients to define, execute, and govern digital marketing strategies, ensuring they realize maximum value from their Adobe investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Adobe Consulting as a Technical Consultant, responsible for the technical implementation of Adobe Experience Manager engagements.
- Coordinate with client teams to define use cases, goals, and objectives that support business needs.
- Build system and application components to achieve defined digital experience and business needs.
- Analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate recommendations to clients and partners.
- Maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying up-to-date with the latest Adobe digital experience technologies and solutions.
- Contribute to Adobe's AEM practices and share customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven multi-year experience with Java, JEE, XML, and JSON.
- Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in at least one JavaScript Framework, such as React or AngularJS.
- Experience with highly trafficked and scalable web content management systems.
- Proficient in REST APIs, Unit Testing, GIT source control, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
- Knowledge of trends in personalization, headless, and data-driven optimization.
Consulting Skills
- Ability to gain trust with clients and guide them towards success.
- Experienced in holding professional and convincing presentations.
- Comfortable leading conversations with all operational levels at clients and partners, tailored to different audiences.
- Ability to handle ambitious engagement situations in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional way.
- Ability to lead functional teams/initiatives, including task splitting and delegation.
- Team-player with the ability to support other roles in your environment.
- Self-organization and prioritization of work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.
- Understanding of when to involve other professionals to ensure success.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of working schedule.
- Fluent in English and French.
