We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance to join our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of consumer care products with a large presence in Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial management and strategic development of the core business in Cairo, Egypt, while covering the entire North African region.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external auditing institutions to ensure tax regulations and financial compliance are in line with group policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and analyses.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience as a Director of Finance with a proven track record working for multinationals in the FMCG sector, covering North Africa.
- Excellent fluency in English and French is required.
- Previous experience working within the cosmetics or personal care industry is a bonus.
- Advanced user of MS Office, including Excel or similar software.
