MBway, an international management school, is seeking a highly skilled Export Sales Administrator in internship M/W to join one of its partner companies.

Your Role
- As a member of the Export Sales team, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as:
- Organizing bookings and ensuring timely execution
- Monitoring and following up on various documents related to export operations
- Planning and coordinating ETD-ETA schedules
Required Profile
- MBA Management International Business student with a strong academic background
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in a management or sales coordination role
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams towards achieving objectives
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop lasting customer relationships
- Ability to travel regularly to Belgium, Germany, and Italy (approximately 35% of the time)
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in German and Italian is an asset
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector and its players
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and stress-resistant
