Clinical Nurse Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Elsan, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluation and Consultation: Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and consultations to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
• Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination, including medication management and treatment planning.
• Diagnostics and Treatment: Conduct diagnostic tests, prescribe and administer treatments as needed, and provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication among healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure timely and effective care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Advanced Clinical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of emergency care, including advanced life support and critical care.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Education and Experience: Hold a Diploma in Advanced Practice Nursing and have prior experience in emergency care.

Contract Type

This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
