We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Advisory Expert to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Information Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of information risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Second Opinion Process: Lead and perform second opinion reviews to identify risks and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Provide Expertise and Guidance: Share your opinion and expertise on risks, issues, and projects through assurance or specific governance.
- Assist Entities in Implementing Second Opinion Process: Partner with entities to implement a local second opinion process and provide support and assistance for Information risk and vendor risk frameworks, controls, and reporting activities.
- Contribute to Group Internal Control Framework: Maintain the Group internal control framework on Technology, Data Management, and Procurement macro-processes and animate the Information Risk Management Community.
- Education: Bachelor or master's degree in Risk Management, Technology, or Information Systems/Security.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' work experience with information systems, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Skills: Expertise in Information Security, Technology/Security Frameworks, and Financial Services industry regulatory frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
