Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As a key member of our Consulting Services team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud architectures using Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Develop and maintain Azure-based documentation, including best practices for migrations and deployments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure builds, including ARM, SQL, Containers, and Azure AD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud-based solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new cloud technologies and features, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in Azure IaC.
  • Knowledge of key Azure concepts and principles.
  • Experience in participating client-facing workshops.

Essential Skills:

  • Azure administration.
  • Cloud security & authentication.
  • Cloud management & support.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform).
  • Azure Cloud Networking (VNET, VHUB, Firewalling, NSG).
  • Azure IaaS.
  • Azure PaaS.
  • PowerShell.

Preferable Skills:

  • Azure certifications (AZ104 & AZ500).
  • Azure Migrate.
  • Azure DevOps.
  • Cloud Adoption Framework.
  • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
