As the Operational Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the Maintenance and Operations teams. Your contributions will be vital in formulating maintenance strategies, aiding in budget development, and supervising the execution and assessment of these plans.
- You will oversee the effective preparation of scheduled tasks by your teams and guarantee the success of interventions.
- Your responsibilities will also include organizing unit tasks and enhancing the 'work safety' protocols.
- Receiving and analyzing (economic and technical) work requests
- Enhancing contract operations through analysis
- Participating in the drafting and renewal of contracts
- Managing contracts within the VBA Department
- Ensure the deployment of Platform management systems within your jurisdiction
- Guide your teams in maintenance operations adhering to established Maintenance and Work Safety protocols
- Evaluate, recommend, and spearhead initiatives aimed at improving equipment availability
- Lead minor delegated projects and engage in significant Shutdowns
The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree or equivalent, with a preference for 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance within the heavy industry or oil & gas sectors.
Proven on-site industrial experience is crucial.

As the Deputy Head of Maintenance and Projects VBA, you will oversee all activities within your domain while aligning with departmental objectives. This role necessitates stringent management of safety and environmental considerations.
You will lead a dedicated team of 14 professionals.
