Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team at DLSI in Sarreguemines. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the physical and telephone reception, as well as sourcing and recruiting temporary staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception and telephone switchboard, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and candidates.
  • Source and recruit temporary staff, posting job advertisements on job boards and other recruitment platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Analyze client requirements and proactively propose suitable candidates.
  • Prepare and process administrative documents related to the recruitment process.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for new staff members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of the temporary work sector is an asset.
