Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Product Development Manager who is enthusiastic about tackling challenges and discovering new avenues to improve our offerings. In this position, you will oversee the product lifecycle, dedicating 70% of your efforts to shaping the product strategy and roadmap, while the remaining 30% will focus on driving the creation of new features and broadening our vision.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a product management role, with experience in B2C travel and tourism being a significant advantage. B2C experience is essential.
- Strong foundation in agile methodologies
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) – a critical requirement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Duties:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and uphold the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder input. Clearly communicate the product vision across the organization.
- Requirement Definition: Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to convert high-level product objectives into detailed specifications for the development teams.
- User Story Creation: Formulate and document user stories with explicit acceptance criteria, providing the development teams with clear guidance on product deliverables.
- Sprint and Release Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, prioritizing backlog items to ensure they align with the overall product roadmap. Oversee product releases, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product increments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact with stakeholders, including customers and end-users, to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure the product meets their expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and feedback, bridging the gap between product and development teams.
- User Feedback Integration: Gather and prioritize user feedback and feature requests, incorporating them into the product roadmap and backlog for continuous product enhancement.
- Process Optimization: Consistently refine and enhance the product development process, utilizing feedback and insights from each iteration to drive improved outcomes.
