Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading transversal projects and programs to drive alignment between teams and departments, and for coordinating with external vendors and providers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead one or multiple transversal projects/programs to drive alignment between several teams and departments regarding strategic challenges.
- Regular and close cooperations with external vendors and providers, such as telco companies, network, office, and personal IT equipment suppliers.
- Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups, including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in.
- Identify project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
- Ensure impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned.
- Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
- Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability. Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date.
- Make sure the area of interventions for France, Belgium, and Netherlands are clarified.
- Carry out business trips across the entire perimeter.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering school (such as Centrale, ISEN, etc.), Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.
- Previous proven project leadership experience (3+ years).
- Experience in IT technical projects, projects from telecommunication, internet providers, electrical, teletechnik domain.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations.
- Ability to solve complex problems in order to present them in a simple and effective way.
- Autonomous and rigorous personality, with a strong sense of organization and reactivity.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Technical Support.
Additional Information
Travelling requirements:
- The role requires weekly business travels in France.
- You'd be required to visit the office in Lille (once per month).
