As a Project Manager at OLEO Consulting Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the respect of contracts and managing risk, including insurance and financial aspects, in line with predetermined targets, deadlines, and quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contract variations and claims with clients, partners, and subcontractors in coordination with the Project Director and support from the Head of Project Management & Control Department and Legal Department.
- Ensure effective relations with clients and partners during contract execution to guarantee efficient project fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Implement available project management tools and suggest improvements based on feedback from past and current projects.
- Assist the Head of Project Management & Control Department in ensuring the implementation and updating of standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with managing large datasets is essential, and knowledge of estimating software is an advantage.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills for presentations to clients and senior management.
- Fluent English is required, with fluent French being a plus, and knowledge of Spanish being an additional asset.
