Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Post Merger Integration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the Post Merger Integration (PMI) strategy, ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired affiliates and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the PMI strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the execution of the Integration Plan, ensuring timely and successful integration of new affiliates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate integration risks.
- Manage the integration timelines, milestones, budget, and interdependencies.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and change management plans.
- Continuously improve PMI tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Economics, or Management.
- 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in consulting (big 4 preference) or project/program management in the pharma industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful PMI strategies.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams.
