About the Role

Aidaphi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of associative procedures and monitor their execution;
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the establishment project;
• Lead and animate the educational team technically and methodologically, ensuring compliance with the mission framework;
• Plan activities;
• Ensure the implementation of individualized projects for children and their links with families;
• Ensure the proper functioning of living units;
• Be responsible for the quality approach and obligations related to care;
• Contribute to the well-being of employees at work and their skill development;
• Ensure partnership relations;
• Represent the service in instances of consultation, internal and external reflection;
• Ensure the proper application of hygiene and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Holder of a level 6 management diploma (Master 1, DEIS, CAFERUIS...) or justifying experience allowing VAE;
• 3 years of experience in identical functions with management skills in a context of change management;
• Master of the legal and regulatory framework as well as the HAS RBPP;
• Desirable experience in quality management;
• Sense of commitment;
• Emotional intelligence;
• Ability to analyze situations;
• Assertiveness;
• Autonomy and rigor;
• Good writing quality;
• Master of a office suite (text processing, spreadsheet, and presentation);
• The knowledge of the Alfa Next software (DUI) would be a plus;
• Driving license is essential.
