We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Finance and Operations Consultant to join our Consulting Services team and contribute to our exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in maximising returns on their Dynamics investment by providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting, high-quality business relationships with clients by building trust and confidence.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of Finance processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Design and implement bespoke D365 F&O solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Write technical specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes.
- Act as a liaison between Technical and Functional teams to ensure seamless solution development.
- Effectively manage work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule, and remain within the approved budget.
- Guide Project Managers and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead System Acceptance Testing and prepare clients for User Acceptance Testing.
- Deliver end-user training and prepare the Managed Services team for transition to support.
- Share knowledge with other project team members or other Hitachi Solutions Technical consultants.
- Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.'s Quality Management Policy.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience in developing customised solutions to complex business problems.
- Strong working knowledge of business processes.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Unlimited willingness to travel (on client site or group offices when necessary).
