Project Coordinator for Civil Engineering

Company Overview: Eiffage Génie Civil operates across all civil engineering specialties. Our teams are involved from the design phase through to construction, as well as repair, maintenance, and demolition of various structures both in France and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Works Supervisor / Works Director, review project documentation and prepare for operations.
- Define methodologies and schedule tasks for the Works and Studies Coordinators.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the activities of subcontractor teams on-site.
- Ensure client satisfaction regarding quality, timelines, and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate modifications requested by clients.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve objectives related to cost, timelines, quality, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Oversee the onboarding of production personnel for the Works and Studies Coordinators.
- Daily management of subcontractor team tasks.
- Facilitate inter-company and supplier relations related to the construction site.
- Conduct regular quality and compliance checks on construction activities, including the use of check sheets and non-conformity documentation.
- Monitor the execution of finishing work, manage deviations, and ensure the completion liability guarantee is upheld.
Qualifications:
- Education: CAP (Certificate of vocational aptitude) or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Building and Public Works.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the construction sector is required.
Work Environment:
- Internal: Building site management, company services, production personnel, and personnel representatives.
- External: Subcontractors, suppliers, program managers, design consultants, concession holders, tenants, and landlords.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degrees: Engineering degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Studies Officer or similar role in nuclear and/or industrial projects. Knowledge of nuclear operations is advantageous.
