Quels sont les rôles de nos Project Management Officers?Véritables chef d'orchestre de l'ensemble des projets liés à la transformation digitale au sein d'une organisation, ils établissent des normes, des processus et des outils pour garantir une gestion efficace de ces derniers.
Ils assurent le suivi des budgets, des échéanciers et des performances, tout en fournissant des rapports et des analyses pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique.
Les tâches :- Planifiez et coordonnez l'ensemble des projets de transformation digitale de l'entreprise.
- Mettez en place des normes, des processus et des outils pour une gestion efficace des projets.
- Assurez le suivi des budgets, des échéanciers et des performances.
- Fournissez des rapports et des analyses pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques.
- Veillez à ce que tous les projets soient alignés sur les objectifs globaux de la transformation digitale.
- Maximisez la réussite de la transformation en garantissant la cohérence et l'efficacité des initiatives.
Vous possédez un diplôme de niveau bac+5 ou équivalent et justifiez d'au minimum une première expérience en tant que Projet Management Officer dans un contexte de transformation digitale.
Votre capacité à collaborer et à communiquer efficacement est exceptionnelle.
Vous maîtrisez la planification, la gestion budgétaire et les outils de suivi de projet.
Votre rigueur et votre souci du détail sont vos atouts dans la gestion de multiples projets.
Vous excellez dans l'analyse des données et la création de rapports pour soutenir la prise de décision.
Une maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
