Job Title: ILS Analyst

AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled ILS Analyst to join our team in Puteaux, France. As an ILS Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing transactions and portfolios, with a focus on modeling and developing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze transactions and portfolios, including developing new modeling tools and collaborating with GRM and AIR/RMS teams.
  • Communicate with prospects and investors, providing information on catastrophe events and their impact on our funds and mandates.
  • Perform operational tasks on assets and funds/mandates, including valuing private assets and validating public asset prices.
Requirements:
  • Degree from a top-tier engineering or business school, with a specialization in mathematics, statistics, finance, or actuarial science.
  • Previous experience in (re)insurance or ILS, with expertise in catastrophe modeling and risk analysis.
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python programming languages.
