DETACHES FILIALES is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consolidation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for consolidating financial data from subsidiaries and preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries and prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and analyze financial reports from subsidiaries and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support financial reporting and analysis.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
Educational background: Master's degree in Finance, Business School, or Accounting.
Experience: 3-4 years as a Consolidator/Reporting Officer in a group producing consolidated IFRS accounts or in an auditing/consulting firm. Alternatively, 3-4 years as a Financial Controller with solid financial skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
