Estimator Coordinator

Colas, a leading infrastructure development company, is seeking an experienced Estimator Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for analyzing tender documentation, identifying project requirements, and developing technical, economic, and financial solutions to meet customer needs.

• Document Analysis: Review and analyze tender documents, customer requests, and project specifications to identify key requirements and constraints.
• Project Analysis: Conduct technical and financial analysis to assess project viability, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop cost estimates.
• Measurement and Control: Ensure accurate measurement and control of project plans, including land characteristics, cubic volumes, and measurements.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to source the best services and prices for the project.
• Project Assessment: Prepare detailed cost estimates, price breakdowns, and sales prices in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Technical File Preparation: Develop and draft the technical file for the project, including technical briefs, schedules, and other relevant documentation.
• Tender Documentation Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documentation to customers, including sales relationships and communication with customer representatives.
• Offer Submission: Coordinate the submission of project offers to customers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and formalities.
• Support Services Coordination: Collaborate with technical, legal, insurance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and capitalize on feedback.

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in price studies and public works.
• Significant experience in the field of price studies and public works is essential.
