Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ergotherapist to join our team at GHT LES COLLINES DE NORMANDIE. As an Ergotherapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement effective interventions to improve patients' functional abilities, including orthotics and prosthetics, and provide education and training to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and develop strategies to promote patient independence and self-care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Ergotherapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an Ergotherapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ergotherapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
