Project Management Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team at Tetra Pak. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project activities, including layout drawings, bill of materials, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation, IT, purchasing, manufacturing, pre-assembly, and shipments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
* Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in project management
* Business fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
* Solid knowledge of designing tools, including AutoCAD
* Experience with SAP and MS Project or other project management tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
