Job Title: Layout & Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Layout & Design Engineer to join our team at Kanadevia Inova. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our plant engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create 3D models and drawings of boilers, flue gas treatments, supporting steel structures, and waste incineration plant components.
  • Project Coordination: Manage models and drawings in our database, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Interface Management: Coordinate interfaces between components, pipes, and construction elements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deadlines and quality structures are met according to project specifications.
  • Component Verification: Check components on placement, accessibility, and maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Trained Design Engineer, draftsman, or equivalent with significant experience in E3D and general 3D modeling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in P&IDs, preferably in brownfield projects, and sound experience with the MS Office suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, curious, and autonomous individual with good English and French skills, German a plus.
