We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Engineer to join our team at Optum. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with software engineers to productionize ML models and develop scalable, efficient processes for large-scale data analysis and model development.
- Perform hands-on analysis and modeling of healthcare data sets to identify insights that drive business growth.
- Run A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis to inform business decisions.
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- PhD in AI, computer science, data science, or related technical field.
- Advanced understanding of Deep Learning with applications in Time series Processing, NLP, and multimodal modeling.
- Proven strong Python programming skills and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
