Join OUTSCALE's Team as a Marketing Project Manager in Apprenticeship

OUTSCALE, a Dassault Systèmes brand, is a sovereign and sustainable operator of Experience as a Service, offering trusted technological environments to its clients. We create unique experiences through the expertise of our passionate teams, reflected in the creation of Business Experiences, the development of our own Cloud Orchestrator, TINA OS, and the achievement of the SecNumCloud qualification. We are building a better digital world for all by creating the virtual twin of the organization. We are recruiting a Marketing Project Manager in apprenticeship to strengthen our Marketing Cloud Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for marketing and business aspects in the project
  • Participate and represent OUTSCALE in weekly consortium meetings
  • Participate in weekly project follow-up workshops
  • Identify tasks and actions to synchronize with the project team
  • Write and share meeting and workshop reports
  • Facilitate communication and information transmission between the project and OUTSCALE
  • Report information to the project team and stakeholders in a smooth manner
Marketing and Communication Actions
  • Contribute to the promotion of the project
  • Coordinate and manage the project newsletter
  • Develop presentation materials and promotional videos
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with project partners
  • Propose new communication tools to amplify project visibility
  • Be a driving force for communication actions
Technical Stack
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Your Profile
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Looking for an apprenticeship contract
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Able to write functional documents in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills, naturally rigorous and autonomous
  • First professional experience (internships, apprenticeships...)
