About the Job:

We are seeking an Assistant Accountant (H/F) in alternance for our partner company, a French foundation that aims to raise awareness about environmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Collecting validated invoices from project managers, entering invoices, recording bank movements, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring the cash flow statement.
• Financial Management: Preparing and submitting financial reports, managing cash flow, and monitoring budget performance.
• Human Resources: Managing employee time sheets, tracking absences and holidays, and handling social security contributions.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with office preparation and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Meticulous, rigorous, and organized approach.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
