About the Role

AXA is recruiting a highly motivated Operations & Communications Coordinator to join its AXA Research Fund team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations to create a better user experience on the AXA Research Fund website and identifying the projects we support. You will also support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund.



Key Responsibilities


  • Support the AXA Research Fund's roadmap to improve our operations related to website and digital communication.
  • Manage the project to improve user experience.
  • Create and deliver a visualization digital tool to enhance Website Search Engine Functionality.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented.
  • Coordinate with relevant providers to successfully integrate the tool into the AXA Research Fund website.
  • Create the related guidelines of this new tool and build a communication plan to ensure its promotion and adoption by our users.
  • Support the operations of communication of the AXA Research Fund.


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Rigorous, autonomy in project management including administrative and financial.
  • Multitasking & results oriented.
  • Good command of Desktop tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Good command of social media.
