Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from daily housekeeping and laundry to meal preparation and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, adhering to established safety protocols and industry best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to provide a supportive and enriching environment for residents, assisting with daily activities as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a residential care setting.
