Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Nurse to join our team at MAS "Plaisance". As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized care plans focused on prevention and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and administer medications to residents in a safe and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the paramedical team to develop and implement health protocols and gather information to support resident care.
- Work closely with the educational staff to ensure holistic care and support for residents.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a strong sense of empathy and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Experience in caring for individuals with limited verbal expression and complex needs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, to ensure adequate coverage and support for residents.
