About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Kyndryl France S.A.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with a focus on IT contracts and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on IT contracts and negotiations
- Analyze and advise on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts
- Negotiate IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Show integrity under pressure and balance the requirements of different internal and external stakeholders
- Find creative legal solutions to complex issues
- Work in an agile environment with a strong sense of ownership and leadership
- Communicate effectively in French and English
Requirements
- Master of Laws Degree from a French university
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law from a well-renowned law firm
- Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions
- Additional relevant qualifications or local (French) Bar admission would be considered an advantage
