We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our EMEAR Project Management department at Dassault Systèmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Development and Management: Develop, plan, and manage the implementation of complex customer projects across multiple organizations, ensuring alignment with the BIOVIA Services Project Lifecycle Methodology.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure projects comply with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual agreements, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Professional Services Leadership, Sales, Tech Sales, Legal, Operations, and other support organizations, ensuring the overall success of projects.
- Communication and Presentation: Prepare and present executive briefings to customers and internal stakeholders, providing recommendations for executive action.
- Project Expenditure Management: Manage project expenditures, including capital and expense, in collaboration with finance to ensure timely and accurate service invoicing.
- Proposal and Estimate Creation: Assist in the creation of proposals and estimates for Professional Service projects, working closely with Sales, Presales, and Solutions Architects.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken French and English required.
- Education and Certifications: Qualified to degree level or similar, with Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, beneficial though not essential.
- Project Management Experience: A successful and verifiable track record of managing and delivering complex projects in a software environment within the Science industry.
- Commercial Understanding and Project Management Expertise: A strong commercial understanding combined with project management expertise, working within a consulting organization.
- Business Acumen: An in-depth understanding of processes, workflows, and business factors for commercial organizations.
- Business Analysis and Software Engineering Knowledge: Knowledge in Business Analysis and Software Engineering.
