In your role at our facility, you will be entrusted with:

• Offering daily assistance to residents, including help with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and overall support
• Enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering essential care and emotional support
• Collaborating in the creation of tailored care plans for each resident
• Engaging in social activities to promote community and interaction among residents

Key responsibilities include:

• Strict adherence to hygiene protocols
• Ability to evaluate and respond to clinical needs
• Encouraging independence among residents
• Employing safe techniques for assisting residents with mobility
