Job Description

As an ERP Project Manager at Port Cities, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with the preparation of RFPs, providing sales team support, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and assist with the preparation of RFPs
  • Provide sales team support in creating ROI templates and sales tools
  • Manage existing customer relationships and build a new customer base
  • Control accounts receivable and resolve commercial issues
  • Create value for clients
  • Manage ERP project delivery in time and on-budget
  • Control project budget and generate margins
  • Manage resources, both in-house and outsourcing
  • Assist sales meetings and prepare Odoo demos
  • Coordinate projects, delegate tasks, and lead teams
  • Train users and maintain healthy communication with clients
  • Help improve project methodology
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT or Project Management
  • Experience working on Odoo-related projects as an Analyst, Consultant, or Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to combine Project Manager/Consultant and Analyst/Solution Architect skills
  • Passion for IT and motivation to learn new skills
