Job Description
- Deliver operational assistance to the executive team concerning research and institutional agreements.
- Engage in organizing the research commission of the academic council, in partnership with the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department.
- Contribute to the formulation of the research and innovation budget for the institution.
- Support the development and execution of incentives for research policy.
- Conduct monitoring and analysis of performance indicators and dashboards, assess and present the outcomes of initiatives, and oversee project results.
- Serve as the representative of DiReV in internal and external bodies associated with research administration.
- Inspire and lead teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
- Manage the administration of digital services dedicated to research administration and the enhancement of research activities, in collaboration with the Information Systems Department.
Profile
Knowledge
- Understanding of research policies, objectives, and projects within higher education and research sectors.
- Familiarity with scientific knowledge and activities of university research entities.
- Experience with administrative, budgetary, and financial management practices in public institutions.
