Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Agent - Thermoforming Specialist at Safran Seats, you will be responsible for executing manufacturing tasks in accordance with defined procedures and documents. Your primary objective will be to ensure the production of high-quality products while meeting cost and deadline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to scheduled working hours, including punctuality, overtime, and breaks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare and equip the workstation with necessary materials
• Retrieve and verify production plans and ensure they are up-to-date
• Verify the production range and ensure it meets quality standards
• Produce products within specified timeframes, adhering to quality procedures and manufacturing processes
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure product conformity (auto-control, CAC061)
• Update production records and report any issues to the supervisor
• Store finished products in designated areas
• Communicate information and issues to the supervisor and propose improvements to existing processes
• Support team progress and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Perform first-level maintenance, maintain tools, and ensure the smooth operation of the workstation

Requirements

Experience in thermoforming is desired, and knowledge of our products is an asset.
