About the Mission
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Project Manager. This is a 24-month apprenticeship contract, starting in September. Our office is located in Paris, 13th arrondissement.
Main Responsibilities and Missions
As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will work closely with our Communication Team and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Your role will be crucial in driving change and ensuring a smooth transition to our new digital tools and platforms.
About the Project
Adoma is undergoing a major digital transformation, which affects all employees. We are deploying new tools and platforms, including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as revamping our Intranet to create a comprehensive digital platform.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the deployment and adoption of new digital tools and platforms
- Identifying best practices for training and engaging employees
- Managing and animating our networks, including ambassadors, publication referents, and targeted functions
- Creating and writing communication materials related to Adoma's digital transformation
- Governing and monitoring key performance indicators to support the development of action plans
About You
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who is passionate about digital transformation and has excellent communication and project management skills. You should have a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, as well as experience in creating engaging content. A background in marketing or project management would be an asset.
