Location: France (Field Based)
Job OverviewGalderma, a pioneer in dermatological solutions, is at the forefront of innovation in skin health. We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) with a strong background in biologics to support our initiatives in the French market.
The MSL serves as a vital resource, delivering field-based scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals, ensuring they possess a comprehensive understanding of medical, scientific, and technical knowledge related to Dermatology and Aesthetics.
This role involves fostering and nurturing professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including physicians and allied health professionals, to facilitate scientific dialogue and gather insights that enhance Galderma's offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert scientific and technical support to key account managers and the sales team, acting as a trusted partner to address their immediate needs through educational initiatives, presentations, and training sessions.
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions to ensure access to the latest medical and scientific information relevant to therapeutic areas.
- Acquire, maintain, and disseminate in-depth knowledge of Dermatology and skin disorders.
- Design and implement effective educational strategies to enhance scientific awareness and advocacy for Galderma's Integrated Dermatology products and services.
- Deliver impactful scientific and medical presentations to healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with local, regional, and national KOLs and experts through approved field engagement strategies.
- Assist in identifying healthcare providers and stakeholders requiring support from the MSL, aiming to enhance the diversity of our KOLs and HCPs to better address varied patient needs.
- A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related life sciences field (e.g., MSc, PhD).
- Essential expertise in Immunology and Biologics.
- Experience in Dermatology or Aesthetics is advantageous.
- Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and present scientific content to diverse audiences, including clinical peers and senior professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial.
- Proficiency in meeting planning and facilitation, with the ability to engage effectively across various technical platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and build relationships with medical professionals.
