EHS Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Specialist to join our team at Saint-Gobain Group. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 14001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
