The Mairie de La Mure is seeking a dedicated and versatile Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community by maintaining and servicing communal buildings to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and monitor building equipment performance.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks on a variety of systems.
- Maintain and utilize tools effectively and safely.
- Communicate clearly with building occupants, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Perform diverse maintenance duties encompassing masonry, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Contribute to additional projects as assigned by management.
